| The implementation of the "double reduction" policy and the new trend of normalizing curriculum reform have brought new opportunities for physical education,requiring physical education teachers to continuously strengthen their comprehensive quality training to meet the call of the times and the needs of students and society.Based on this,the training of physical education teachers should be increased while also ensuring the effectiveness of the training.To explore the problems of imbalance between supply and demand structure,single evaluation method and low evaluation awareness in the post-service training effect of elementary school physical education teachers in Jinan,and to launch a study on the construction of evaluation index system.First,using a combination of theoretical analysis and field research,the evaluation indexes were initially screened from the actual situation of the evaluation of the training effectiveness of elementary school physical education teachers in Jinan,using the theoretical basis of the teacher’s professional development concept,the CIPP assessment model and migration theory,etc.,using literature analysis,questionnaires and interviews,and on the basis of the theory of the existing relevant evaluation system,combined with the current situation survey.Secondly,using the Delphi method and with the help of data analysis tools such as Excel and SPSS,the evaluation indexes of the effectiveness of post-service training of elementary school physical education teachers in Jinan were established,containing 4primary indicators,11 secondary indicators and 33 tertiary indicators;Secondly,using the Delphi method and data analysis tools such as Excel and SPSS,the evaluation indexes of the effectiveness of post-service training of elementary school physical education teachers in Jinan were established,including 4 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 33 tertiary indicators;the index system was constructed by assigning weights to each indicator through hierarchical analysis.Finally,a model for the application of the evaluation index system of the postservice training effectiveness of elementary school physical education teachers in Jinan was established to assist the operational use of the evaluation system,and four strategies for guaranteeing the evaluation system were proposed:(1)changing the concept of teacher training effectiveness evaluation;(2)implementing the evaluation feedback mechanism;(3)improving the teacher training system;and(4)scientifically designing the evaluation system of physical education teacher training effectiveness.The study is geared toward the entire training system and focuses on the evaluation of training migration effects.The practical aspects have raised awareness of training evaluation,facilitated the migration of physical education teacher training,and contributed to the quality improvement of primary physical education teacher training.Theoretically,we innovated and improved the evaluation link in the training system of elementary school physical education teachers in Jinan with a view to providing a reference for teacher training evaluation research. |
