With the development of urbanization, a large number of surplus labors lived in rural areas flock into the cities and become the constructers and witness, the school education of peasant-worker's children has been a big problem. Public school can not fulfill the school entrance equipments of all the migrant children, against this backdrop, Migrant Children Schools emerged as the times require. These research have explored in detail on these problems of legal status, school conditions and teaching management, but did not pay close attention to the principal element which influenced the quality of education of. migrant children-teachers. The study shows that the teaching life conditions were caused people's concern:not good payment, lacking awareness of Consciousness, professional identity of teachers was under suspicion, and the teacher's sense of happiness was not enough, but all of these were concerned about the quality of Elementary Education and students' development, and also influenced Country peace and rich directly. So the key point to make a good job of migrant children education were focus on the front-line teachers. To change the unreasonable teaching life style is not only contribute to improve the quality of elementary education but also stimulated the professional development of teachers, promote the feels of the teacher's sense of happiness, and lead the teaching life style of migrant children school to the future.The paper was divided into four parts:The first part is the preface. This paper briefly introduced the reason of choose the theme,expiation of prevention research,Research Purpose and research ways and methods.The second part implicates teaching life style has analyzed what the teaching life is, and explored its connotation, feature, styles and teaching life style and other styles, and the differences and connections of related notions and categories.The third part is to examine migrant children school teachers teaching life styles. To introspection and criticize about the teachers teaching life styles on party in students, purpose in life, life way and life space of migrant children schools, and brought out the problems of migrant children schools on their teaching life styles, and create a condition for an effective optimizing ways of teachers teaching life styles.The forth part is the Optimization Strategy of the migrant children schools teachers'teaching life styles. Is to stouten professional identity and experienced professional happiness, thus to improve the quality of elementary education and help the students growing. The keynote of this part is to analyze the aim of optimize teachers teaching life style and the problems of base-mode and strategies of optimizing teacher teaching life styles.
