This paper,taking teachers' mobility in lgitimate children of migrant workers schools as the object of the current topic,adopting the Human capital and labor flow theory and Migration Theory as theoretical tools,utilizing survey and interview for basic research methods,has established teachers' mobility in lgitimate children of migrant workers schools theoretical analysis framework,and thus examines the reasons of teachers' mobility,with a view to change the serious situation of teachers' mobility in lgitimate children of migrant workers schools.Based on the concept of teachers' mobility defined and the Human capital and labor flow theory and Migration Theory interpretation,the thesis regards teachers' mobility in lgitimate children of migrant workers schools as an economic phenomenon.Standing in the thinking of teachers' mobility situation,the research analysis the reasons of teachers' mobility on four levels,government,community, school,teachers themselves.At the same time,reveals the impact of teachers' mobility on school management,the stability of the teaching profession, student learning and mental health.In the end,propose three solutions for the reasons,government policy support,community concern and grants,school people-oriented management,and so on.In this paper,through the survey of teachers' mobility in lgitimate children of migrant workers schools,explored the field of private education and enriched the research content of private education.This paper also contributes to the research results in the stability of the teaching profession,so it has some practical value.
