Teachers, being in the use of specific professional knowledge and having a unique way of thinking and methods of work, are the practice groups. Teachers'teaching thinking-Style is an objective reality, As "an invisible hand", it restricts and determines teaching behavior, affects teaching practice activities. The way of teaching thinking is a particular form of social practice in the inner body, exists in the cultural and psychological structure of teacher's consciousness. The current way of teaching thinking lead practice to be simple, superficial, and programmable, even lost the original complexity and vitality, and gradually the problems can not adapt to the development of social practice, it is urgent for teachers to upgrade and optimize the way of Teaching thinking. This study tries to analyze China's current types of teaching thinking and main defects, to reveal the possibility and necessity which can optimize the ways of teaching thinking and then relies on the opportunities which the style of knowledge transfers from the modern knowledge view to post-modern view, to optimize the teachers teaching thinking-style, and promote the teaching practice to adapt to the times and show teaching charm.The whole thesis is divided into six parts:The first part, Introduction. Briefly describes the cause of thesis election, analyzes and summarizes the current situation, explains the purpose, meaning, ideas and so on.The second part, analysis on relevant concepts. First describes the formation and development of post-modern view and its characteristics by introducing postmodernism: cultural, environmental domain, value relevance, relativity, subjectivity, openness, diversity, generation, etc.The third part, the content and structure of teaching thinking, analysis on the nature of the teaching thinking-type and composition, which is the projection of teaching general thinking on Problems in teaching, consists of teaching concepts, teaching knowledge, teaching thinking programs, teacher personality factors, and intelligence.The fourth part, perspective and introspection on the current way of the teaching thinking. By analyzing the impact of modern knowledge view, the current way of teaching thinking is divided into such four parts as objects of teaching thinking, rational way of teaching thinking, scheduled teaching thinking, closed way of teaching thinking, which block to conduct teaching practice, so we are urgent to find a breakthrough and theoretical support to analyze and Optimize the way of teaching thinking and improve teaching quality. Based on the post-modern knowledge view, the ideal teaching thinking-style includes in the relational thinking, teaching thinking with existence of human life, generative teaching thinking, open teaching thinking, and diversified teaching thinking. The way of teaching thinking under post-modern knowledge view is much rich than the current teaching, which is trying to find a better way to solve problems.The fifth part, exploration the path to optimize the ways of teaching thinking under the post-modern knowledge view. It is possible and necessary to change the ways of teaching thinking, therefore, changes in teaching concepts of teaching thinking is the premise; improving their teaching behavior is accelerator; positive reflection is a catalyst; school management and teachers build community is the protection.The sixth part, the concluding remarks. Reflects the former research and sums up the harvest and deficiency. At the same time, puts forward the direction of the future.
