A basic education curriculum in the new context of the reform, from education, psychology, management and other personality development of various perspectives of teachers to think and research, theoretical research on our depth of education and curriculum reform, the deepening of profound significance.As the saying goes, fortunes rise and fall on education, teacher education programs in the interaction as one of the principal; their education has a vital role. Teachers are a natural combination of man and society, its growth is the process of growth of individual life, but also a teacher of this particular career decision with personal growth. Only teachers can complete understanding of the concept of true self, the use of self as a tool in order to correctly understand the true meaning of education, students need to understand, clearly aware of its characteristics, and the rational use of this character in the education and teaching.
