| The core of education is instruction, and the key of the instruction is teachers. According to the demand of the different teachers group, the differentiated teacher supervision system is that teacher supervisional organizations and supervisors make use of specific instructional criteria, differentiated supervisional process and professional supervisors to carry through teacher evaluation and help, so as to make sure of the teachers quality and teachers professional development. Our country teacher supervision system ignores the difference among the teachers, can't satisfy the need of teachers and the teachers are also in lack of self-professional development consciousness and ability. Therefore it is necessary to establish a teacher supervision system which is not only to adjust to the teacher development level, satisfy the need of teachers but also to encourage the teachers to develop on their own.
