In order to meet the needs of the implementation of the New Chemistry Curriculum Reform of China's concept the chemistry teaching, teaching content, teaching ideas and changes in teaching content, analysis of the changes in the old and new materials, exploring new teaching strategies under the concept of choice has very important theoretical and practical significance. This paper talks about literature, theory, research and other research methods to explore the compulsory subject 2 "organic compounds" changes in teaching content and the choices of teaching strategies .This paper states Teaching Strategies research background and practical significance, and assimilate the cognitive learning theory and constructivist theory, the theoretical foundation for the study discussed the general principles of teaching strategy selection."organiccompounds" teaching helps us to understand the knowledge and to seize the focus and the difficulties of teaching. So ,teaching can be careful not to expand the characters and content .We have enough time to use effective teaching strategies to develop students thinking, and creating abilities.Achieving the teaching aim and keeping the students enthusiactic are the most important. To improve the teaching standardsand to develop students self-learning ability have important significance."Education should promote the comprehensive development of each student,"in the context of curriculum reform, changes in teaching content as well as the high demand of teaching objectives determine the teaching strategies must be based on the different diversity of teaching content.
