It is a new developing research field in recent years in China about the teacher job burnout, because it involves the development of individuals, families and the society. It becomes the focus that people pay more attention to gradually. Meanwhile teacher job burnout can cause many psychological problems to teachers, particularly the psychological phenomenon of burnout, which has a serious impact on the performance of education and the quality of teaching. It not only hinders the development of students, but also influences the physical and mental health of every teacher.Based on the analysis of existing materials and the theory of teachers' development, the empirical study is a masterstroke. The paper will do statistical analysis about the situation of teacher job burnout by questionnaire investigation and will interview three teachers of Huai Bei Coal Industry Teachers' College in order to understand better the situation of teacher job burnout.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1. The extent of the emotional exhaustion of the job burnout is very severe and the one of depersonalization is average in college teachers while personal accomplishment is high.2. Female teachers are more likely to be emotionally exhausted than male teachers.3. The emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment dimensions of senior titles teachers are significantly higher than junior titles teachers.4. The personal accomplishment of the teachers with a MD or PhD is higher than the teachers with a Bachelors'degree.5. The job burnout of the college teachers is related to the school age. Teachers with a school age of 6 to 10 years have a higher extent on emotional exhaustion than those with 5 or lower school age. As the school age increases, the personal accomplishment is enforced. Teachers with a school age of 5 or less years have the lowest personal accomplishment; Teachers with a school age of 6 to 10 years have the relatively lower personal accomplishment; Those with 11 to 15 years have higher personal accomplishment while those with 16 years have the highest.
