Because of its one-child growth and the special background, "After 80" get widespread concern. Now, they have been out of home care and set foot on the community, and have gradually become an important concern of the group in all spheres of society. A group of "After 80" which the times are marked have re-entered the campus and became teachers in the campus. In this paper, the author want to engage in an analysis of the teaching profession status of the "After 80"(especially kindergarten teachers), also giving some measures for the management of growth and re-education. With many great thanks, the anthor managed to analyze the status and measures of the project, the anthor would like to put forward some effective measures and suggestion so that the government can give a more suitable management of the "After 80" kindergarten teachers. As beening an "After 80" kindergarten teacher, I have a deep understanding of the work involved in teaching, but also around the same time concerned about the "After 80" colleagues. The author owned a good many practical involvement cases. Meanwhile, the thesis is based on demonstration research to make the evaluation to the project objecetively measured, which mainly applied unfolded, elaborate questionnaire survey and interview to the investigation. In the process of it, researcher made some questionnaire, interviews and other empirical research methods. The questionnaire is designed for 4 parts: the leader of the kindergarten, "After 80" kindergarten teachers, non "After 80" kindergarten teachers and parents. The four groups had a larger survey sample, and depth on some issues. Some of which are under investigation for further interviews, with a view to enhance the validity and reliability. In addition, I also made a literature review of relevant studies, hopes to raise the thesis of universal significance. In this paper, as a teacher who work at first-line in early childhood education, when went into the real working environment(the campus) of the community to participate in all education-related things, is constantly in and participate in school management will find that the status of "After 80"s job is not very optimistic. Their work can't be commit. It can be said that when the group of 80 teachers after the original request into a stable education system, they bring the "dangerous" can not be ignored. Particularly in the field of early childhood education, which is a more physical and mental health of the field of education, and the health of "After 80" teachers actively participate in growth will no doubt benefit and lead a more healthy development of early childhood education. On the other hand, when the "After 80" teachers, as the first one-child generation students face after almost all of "After 00", the second-generation one-child, more problems will caused for concern .
