With more and more attention to education in present society, the class teachers, who take direct responsibility of students' ideological and moral education as well as holistic care about their physical and mental development, increasingly become the superior quality education resources which parents pursue after choosing schools for their children. Minhang District is located in the combination area of city and country, the class teachers' contingents can't meet people's need. Strengthening class teachers' training and improving their quality becomes a subject which demands prompt solution.After the Ministry of Education issued "the Opinion of Further Strengthening class Teachers' Work in Middle and Primary Schools" and carried out "the Training Project for Class Teachers in Middle and Primary Schools" in 2006, many class teachers have done some related training research , however, these findings can't satisfy the class teachers' need in Minhang District, which are mainly embodied in two aspects: 1.It hasn't enough pertinences and lacks unique study on class teachers' training in different regions;2. In the information environment, it lacks the study of curriculum building and measures for the implementation of class teacher's training.In the academic year of 2007, in order to solve the problem that vast areas gave rise to consume more time and energy in the class teacher's training, the writer tried to integrate intensive classes and online study through MOODLE (Network Teaching Platform), and found that the combined training advantages based on MOODLE can't be brought into full play in the training period. Furthermore, the relevant solution was lacking in present research production. Therefore, a research team led by the writer took the way of action research, focused on the study object—the backbone teachers training class in Minhang District, and began the key subject research of district-level on "Design and Practice of Regional Class Teachers' Training Course Supported by MOODLE—Taking the Example of Backbone Class Teachers Training in Minhang District"."Practical Knowledge", existing in the teaching professional area and is different from general knowledge as well as the knowledge in all kinds of areas, is a kind of knowledge that supports specific choice and judgment in practical teaching situation. Class teachers' task is more complicated and flexible, for which a very successful case doesn't possess universality. As a result, the study team thinks that class teachers' training course is an in-service one based on "Practical Knowledge", which is not a course to generally organize various kinds of lectures about theoretical knowledge, technology and skills, but an evolutional and dynamic one based on constructivism principles ,constructed together, continuously developed by training implementers and trainees. It is also suitable for Minhang District class teacher's training. Based on the foregoing realization, this paper studies carefully on the principle, target, contents, and evaluation of class teachers' training course design, and gives concrete explanation on course implementation by taking the example of "Students Behavior Management and Guidance" teaching unit. This subject study is expected to provide vivid case, new thoughts and strategies for regional exploiting class teachers' training course and developing related work.
