Along with the promulgation of "Educational Technology Literacy Standards for K12 Teachers",the training of the educational technology ability of primary and secondary teachers has now become a widespread concern,The ministry of education has started up "The building project of Education Technology Capacity of countrywide elementary school and middle school teachers".It is planning that 1,200,000 countrywide elementary school and middle school teachers will take part in more than 50 education technology training classes in 5 years.The project is so enormous that we can't accomplish training assignment in so short time if we adopt a tradition classroom face-to-face training mode and this mode would consume a great deal of manpower and material resources.The training effect would not be guaranteed if we only adopt a e-learning mode.In the summary training experience's foundation,this study proposed that uses the Blended Training model in K12 Teachers' Educational Technology Literacy,will focus on face-to-face training and web-based training in Moodle combine to achieve a good training effect.The study consistes of five chapters:Chapter1 Introduction:In this part,the background,the present situation,the methods and ways and the significances and constructions of my study are comprehensively provided.Chapter2 Related theories and technology:In this part,the related theories of teacher Learning,Blended Learning and Training are combed and discussed;and at the same time the main features of Moodle,as well as its activities and functions of moodles are also studied.Chapter3 The Designing Study:In this part,the pre-training analysis,training strategy, training activities,training,evaluation are designed and constructed,as well as the Moodle platform is optimized.Chapter4 The Applying Study:In this part,the organization of training and operational processes that apply to education and technology is analysized,and Blended Training curriculum resources is created,and then a specific Training case is shown to give an illustration of the operation of training,the implementation process,and finally the effect of entire training is analized.Chapter5 Conclusions and issues for research:In this part,key.research results and work, research limitations and future research directions are presented.The study result shows that the Blended Training based on Moodle is fit for K12 Teachers' Educational Technology Literacy Training,especially in training time and training space,which gains a better choice of teachers' co-operation and means a lot on the search for better mode of training.
