Study On Management Status And Development Strategies Of The Community Sports Club In Xuhui District, Shanghai

The goal of well-off society that the National Fitness System will be completed by the year of 2020 was brought forward in the Sixteenth Communist Party of China National People's Congres.So improving the quality of people's health is our party and government's major task.Unitl 2008,there are 88 Community Sports Clubs founded,14 Community Sports Clubs are national-level, form the beginning of 2004 in Shanghai.It is the top level in the quantity and the quality in the country.The Community Sports Club developes well with the government's help.But how it will be self-survival and self-development without the government's supporting funds is not only an urgent practical problem during the development process of mass sports but also a new academic subject for study.Based on documentary, questionnaire,interview,statistics,comparative analysis,the author made an analysis on the management status of 5 Community Sports Clubs in Xuhui district,ShangHai,such as sources of funding, capital expenditure, staffing, project activity,etc.There are follow conclusions: (1) The Community Sports Clubs of Xuhui district ,ShangHai, work well now.But how it will be self-survival and self-development is an urgent practical problem. (2) The Community Sports Clubs of Xuhui district ,ShangHai, are developing confusing on its location and nature. So it should establish cooperative relations with the government,keeping its independence,in order to develope better. (3) The Community Sport Clubs of Xuhui district ,ShangHai,can undertake all kinds of government's activities. It not only has been a center of doing exercises and a communication platform for community residents but also has the best effects on community harmony now.But it must be done at now that strengthening the internal management and founding justifiable market positioning if the community sports club will develop better without the government's help.(4) Making the Community Sport Club's management mechanism more perfect,especially,founding incentive mechanism,that will be the most important aspect of the Community Sport Club.
