As the wheel of history move forward, Society has become increasingly diversified and complicated. It is an inevitable trend that bringing together the talents of each person to exert collective intelligence. Interdependence between the individual has become more pronounced. So our community has made new demands on education that is to cultivate a kind of people, which have a good sense of collaboration, team spirit and innovation capacity, especially can they play the role of the collective intelligence .In this paper, with the background of reform of basic education and quality education being carried out well, taking "WEDS" project as an opportunity which are launched by Lego Education and Zhongshan North Road Primary School jointly, this paper explores the strategy of cultivation to develop collective Intelligence of pupil, combining Lego robotics instruction. With the guidance of this strategy of cultivation, this study is to complete the following tasks:First, after writer widely collected and carefully read the domestic and foreign data on the collective Intelligence, the definition, characteristics and the essential requirement for development of the subject have been summarized, also in the theoretical depth of the collective Intelligence has been studied.Secondly, with educational theory such as the "Social Constructivist Theory", "Group Dynamics" and "Collective Intelligence Construction" and so on, it develops the robotics instruction cases those are suitable for fourth-grade primary students to learn, combining with research needs, and deliberating teaching seminars, designing teaching programs, carrying out teaching activities with teachers jointly.Third, accessing to on-site robotics instruction activities, research data were collected first-hand through observation, photography, interviews, surveys and other ways. Analysis and explore the robotics instruction strategy to promote the collective Intelligence, and reflection, adjust and modify robotics instruction instructional design in accordance with the implementation.Fourth, collate data. student's learning, classroom observation and detailed analysis of interviews of students and teachers have been analyzed to conduct the problems appeared in the collective Intelligence cultivation and to propose constructive solutions to the proposed questions.Finally, summarize the study results, sum up the relationship between the collective Intelligence and strategies , of which are creation of scenarios, the group learning, motivation and so on , and explore the development trends of collective Intelligence in the future.
