With the development of network technology, particularly with the proposing of cloud computing and the maturity of web2.0 technology in recent years, the problem which people face is not the lack of information, but how to access to information in effect, how to change the information into knowledge, manage knowledge, share knowledge and innovate knowledge in a complicated network environment. This is a precise research problem of knowledge management. School is a principal place and teacher is the main carrier for imparting knowledge. Facing the new environment, a school must promote professional development of teachers, enhance the professionalism of teachers, improve the school's overall competitiveness by knowledge management. So the study of teacher knowledge management in Cloud Ages has a positive meaning。.The study is from two aspects: the theory of knowledge management and the design of knowledge management platform in Cloud Ages. It begins by describing the meaning and characteristics of knowledge management, the concept and meaning of teacher knowledge management; analyses the characteristics and deficiencies of traditional knowledge management. Combining with the current technology of cloud computing, with Google Apps as a platform, it designs a teacher knowledge management platform.The paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter: A Survey, including research background, research objectives, research significance and research methods; Chapter Two: The literature research of knowledge management, including definitions, characteristics, development, and models of knowledge management; Chapter Three: The theory and practice research of teacher knowledge management, including the concept, the current research status at home and abroad of teacher knowledge management, the significance of teacher knowledge management, the factors affecting teacher knowledge management and the countermeasures, the common tools and deficiencies in teacher knowledge management; Chapter Four : teacher knowledge management in Cloud Ages, it introduces the concept ,characteristics and key technologies of cloud computing, as well as the role of the Cloud Computing technologies in influencing and promoting knowledge management. Chapter Five : on base of analysis of survey questionnaires, combining with the advantages of cloud computing, with Google Apps as a platform, it designs a teacher knowledge management platform, including the main modules of the platform, function descriptions and so on; Finally, it is a summary and some of the shortcomings and prospects of the research.To cloud computing and knowledge management for integrated, research cloud computing on the impact of knowledge management, and the use of cloud computing technology design teacher knowledge management platform is the focus of this research and innovation part.
