The 21 century is a knowledge-economy era. In such an age,knowledge has become the core element of production which makes it differ from the capital-based industry society and the soil-based agriculture society, also it is the key factor for the organization to advance its outstanding quality and rival superiority. The school is a knowledge-concentrated organization, where the most important assets are the teachers' knowledge that is the wisdom capital which Knowledge Management emphasizes. Knowledge Management is a vital weapon for the organization and individual to promote their quality and rival ability in knowledge society, thus they can cope with the challenge from the knowledge economy successfully through the weapon. In the same way, the application and research of the KM on teachers will be of great importance and meaning no matter for the development of the teachers'profession and quality, or for the promotion of the school's efficiency and competition ability.Based on the analysis of the domestic and international literature, this study brings up a three-dimensional model of K-12 teachers' knowledge management. According to this model, the author went to K-12 schools to follow the teachers' research and professional development, and conducted the in-depth interviews in terms of their personal and organizational knowledge management behavior.We extracted 26 options from the contents of teachers' knowledge management, 19 options from the technique and method of teachers' knowledge management and 12 options from the teaching effect and influence to teachers' professional development of the teachers' knowledge management ,thus established the questionnaire, and surveyed it in 60 teachers from three K-12 schools in Beijing, 46 available questionnaires were returned. We got the list and their order as well of the teachers' knowledge management contents, technique and method by data statistics and analyze of the questionnaire. At the same time we conduct correlation analyse of the contents, technique and method of the teachers' knowledge management with teaching effect and the influence to teachers' professional development, and get some conclusion. Follow the research conclusion, the author designed a structure of teachers' knowledge management for K-12 schools. The conclusion of the study offered theoretical and structural foundation for further development of the K-12 teachers' knowledge management system, on the other hand, it also provides model and suggestions to the K-12 teachers to conduct their knowledge management.The thesis is divided into five parts,Chapter 1 Introduction, Introduce the background, significance and contents of the research and research method etc.Chapter 2 The analysis of the domestic and international literature theories frame, the author analyzed the basic theories and concepts of knowledge manage and concept, then the concept and theories of teacher knowledge management, and the overview ofdomestic and international K-12 school teachers' knowledge management system.Chapter 3 Research design and research method, According to the teachers' knowledge management model, which was brought up by the author, and also the quality research result of the interview and action research, the author designed the questionnaire of the K-12 teachers' knowledge management.Chapter 4 Data analysis and conclusion, the author analyzed the data of the questionnaire, and got some conclusions, then according to the conclusions, the author designed a structure of teachers' knowledge management for K-12 schools and it's analyse as well.Chapter 5 A research conclusion and outlook.
