In the rapid period of network development, there are always new technologies emerging and new concepts have been proposed. Such as Moodle course management system which appeared two years ago, is a very powerful system, currently used in education, business, government agencies and other fields. Today, cloud computing is the most popular word in IT field, which is a focus of everyone's attention. A lot of networking giants, such as:IBM, Microsoft, Google have begin to consider the cloud computing intensive program. Some companies have already developed an initial "cloud" platform for network users cloud services, which do the best to be the number of Google.The new technology could also be the field of education services, such as Google Apps, which integrates a lot of collaboration, communication tool. The Education Apps is a free and available, including Gmail, Google Talk, Google Calendar and Google documents, including a range of services. And Google also provides for the integration of these services into existing IT infrastructure to the application programming interface.In this paper, to study how these two popular and widely used systems integration together, allows users to experience the excellent service. In the field of education, it creates a superior online learning environment for learners. Theoretical overview of the main thesis points, platforms, integrated approach, action research in three parts.In the theoretical overview section, first through the literature, analysis of the Moodle system framework, functional structure and features, and then describes the structure of the Moodle methods and the platform Moodle integration technique. Google Apps and then introduced some of the basic conditions and the use of the advantages of Google building a platform, in order to do so under the cushion of the back platform integration.In the part of platform integration, I make analysis of the integration of research in information technology in education learning environment, and cited the two success examples. Then introduced a platform for integrated design ideas, through the method of images plus text describes the integration of the specific parameter settings.In the action research component, in order to validate the use of results after the integration of Moodle course management system with Google Apps, firstly the author chose the suitable content together with the teachers and designed the course with their cooperation in the platform. Secondly the author assisted the teacher to implement it. Then the author researched and analysed the effects of integrated platform for learning and teaching through action research method and the questionnaire survey method.Therefore, basically, as a result of the experiments above, the author believe that Moodle and Google Apps integrated learning environment for learners to provide resources to support, tools, support, learning stent to form a learning community, management support, evaluation support, thereby contributing to more effective learning.
