In today's knowledge-driven economy, human society is going through a profound reform. China is also shifting from a giant country with a huge population to one with human resources and eventually will become a human resource rich country. Education Department issued the Basic Educational Curriculum Reform Program on June 8th, 2001, in which the word of Research Study is put forward, with the emphasis that through practice students should enhance their sense of exploration and innovation, study the scientific research ways and develop their ability to apply knowledge comprehensively. This essay is focused on the trend and confronted problems of research study in digital environment, looking into the strategies for the enforcement and evaluation of research study in digital environment for high school students. The essay also clarifies through the action research and cases how to do research study in digital environment in a scientific and standardized way, allowing more students to accept the concept of research study, learn how to do research study and develop their ability of innovation and exploration through research study.
