Research On The Evaluation Index System Of The Primary And Secondary School Teacher Leadership In The Digital Learning Environment

This is a study on the evaluation index system of the primary andsecondary school teacher leadership in the digital learningenvironment, also offering a brand-new view and direction for teachersspecialization development and teachers’ education in our country.In order to achieve the above purpose, in this study, literaturereview and a modify Delphi method was used to forecast theevaluation index system of the primary and secondary school teacherleadership in the digital learning environment. First, combining with thecharacteristics of the digital learning environment, the domestic andforeign literature review about teacher leadership in the recent20yearswas to gather a frame of the evaluation index of the primary andsecondary school teacher leadership in the digital learningenvironment. Then, the data collected were used to make the Delphiquestionnaire. The preliminary questionnaire was examined andamended by5specialists, and then it was used to collect variousopinions and to reach consensus from a group of16experts for tworounds Modified Delphi Method. Finally, Data acquired fromquestionnaire were organized and analyzed using computer programof the statistical package for the social science (SPSS).The evaluationindex system of the primary and secondary school teacher leadership inthe digital learning environment was established at last.This study obtained the following results:1. Constructed the evaluation index system of primary andsecondary school teacher leadership in the digital learningenvironment, which includes five categories: Learning Capacity,teaching Capacity, Decision-making, Cooperation and Charisma,34indicators and connotation.2. The order of the five areas’ overall of importance as follows: teaching Capacity, Learning Capacity, Cooperation, Charisma,Decision-making.3. The sets of34indicators and connotations include15“importantconnotation”,15” Secondary connotation”, and4” Otherconnotations”.
