In the process of educational informatization,the informationized teaching ability of front-line teachers affects the quality and effectiveness of basic education and is also the key to promoting educational informatization.Although the majority of basic schools have completed the basic construction of school education informatization,feasible path for the overall promotion of education informatization may be lacking in practical work.Although the majority of front-line teachers have received professional training for e-Teaching,effective methods for integrating information technology and teaching may be lacking in practice.Therefore,this study relies on the public welfare project of Apple Inc,Shenzhen One Foundation and the School of Computer Science,performed in a basic school in Ya'an.From the perspective of the advancement of education informatization,explored strategies for the development of informationized teaching ability that meet the needs of basic schools,built a normalizing observation and evaluation system for informationized teaching ability,committed to promoting the overall improvement of teachers' informationized teaching ability,hoping to provide a reference for the informationized development of similar schools.The study consists of four parts.The first part corresponds to the first chapter of the paper,and is the basic part.It mainly introduces the research background,research content,research ideas and methods,and sorts out related theoretical research and research status at home and abroad,laying a foundation for the subsequent research.The second part corresponds to the second and third chapters of the paper,and is the main part.It mainly includes three major contents: the structure of informationized teaching ability,the normal observation and evaluation system of informationized teaching ability,and strategies for improving informationized teaching ability.Chapter two based on a comprehensive review of existing research and relevant authoritative standards,summarized the informationized teaching ability structure which was suitable for teachers and divided into nine micro-abilities according to the "preparationimplementation-evaluation" process of e-teaching.And then constructed a normalizing observation and evaluation system based on the Kemis action research model,the training community collected and recorded teachers' teaching and research data and daily data in the course of action research by using classroom observation techniques and other methods,to explored the development of six informationized teaching micro-abilities which were easy to observe.Chapter three combined relevant literature and the current status of the T primary school e-teaching learned through observation and interviews to summarize the key factors affecting the development of teachers' informationized teaching ability,and from the perspective of the overall advancement of school informatization,proposed strategies for improving teachers' informationized teaching ability to meet the needs of basic school development.The third part corresponds to the fourth to fifth chapters of the paper,and is the practical exploration part.Mainly through action research method,the proposed informationized teaching ability development strategies and ability evaluation system were applied to one-to-one digital teaching practice of T primary school teachers.Selected two T primary school teachers which were more representative as the case,compared and analyzed their daily data corresponding to each micro-ability in the three rounds of e-teaching practice.The practice is the process of supplementing and modifying the strategies and evaluation system.Practice shows that the two teachers have improved to a certain extent in informationized teaching ability.In addition,due to different disciplines and different stages of pre-practice capacity development,there are differences in the micro-abilities development of the two teachers.The fourth part corresponds to the sixth chapters of the paper,which summarizes in terms of the structure of informationized teaching ability,the development effect of teachers' informationized teaching ability,the implementation of the normal observation and evaluation system,and the application of informationized teaching ability promotion strategies.And also points out the shortcomings of the study.
