Research On Optimization Of The Student Registration System In Chinese Universities

The administration of students'enrollment status is an important part in the teaching management of the university. The quality of its idea system and practice concerns the capacity of its academic management directly. Influenced by multiple factors including the higher education popularization and legalization,it's imperative for university to optimize their students'registration system. The Student Management Prescription of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by Ministry of Education in March,2005 become a new starting point in the innovation of the college student management. Exploring new ideas to instruct the current university management, Establishing the students'registration system demanded for a society and catered for the development of the students, these have extremely important theory value and the practice significance. After the release of the new rule and against our country is striding in the economics,politics,culture field; This dissertation will combine three principles (such as higher education, higher education administration and management) with two methods to carry out theoretical explaining and practical research for student registration system in the Chinese universitiesThis dissertation focus on three parts: Firstly, the process of optimization on students registration system will be reviewed,and characteristics of optimization in term of student registration system on different period will be analyzed. and elaborate the relationship between the student registration system and cultivating the innovative personnel; In the second part,the author put forward and deeply analyzes the real problems on optimization of the present student registration system. The third part mainly discusses the ways to optimize the student registration system in Chinese universities. For the problems in students'registration system of the university, the author put forward five ideas: Upgrade the educational concept to strengthen the legality of university management; improve the students'registration system: increase the practice chance for the students to solve the job problem; Improve the operation system to easily carry out the students'registration system in the background of enlargement of the high education; enhance the management professional, which has been a concern in the development of the university management; Put more focus on the college student, try best to coordinate the conflict between the management and service, taking advantage of the good relationship with students.
