The vocational-technical education is an important component in China modern education system, which is in closest relations to economy and social development, also is the important basis of national economy and social development. Presently, Hebei province is at its critical stage of re-adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure, accelerating infant industry development, and widespread using high and new technology. To develop vigorously vocational-technical education and realize good interaction between vocational-technical education and socio-economic development has a direct relation with the sound development of vocational-technical education and improvement of labors' quality of Hebei province, and the strategy of powering Hebei province through talented people. Meanwhile, it has a direct relation with the overall situation of Hebei province's socio-economic development. In view of the topic characteristic, I have used the literature analysis, canonical parse and empirical analysis, the quota unify and qualitative and so on each technique.Firstly, elaborated and summarized the domestic and foreign scholars about the related research of the interaction between vocational-technical education and socio-economic development, and carried on the limits conceptually to the vocational-technical education correlation theories, has briefly introduced measurement research results of education development to the economic growth , has separately carried on the analysis to the respective development present situation of vocational-technical education and socio-economic development in Hebei Province.Secondly, has analyzed the interactive basic mode of between vocational-technical education and socio-economic development, has pointed out the results, the existence question as well as opportunity and challenge of vocational-technical education in Hebei Province, analyzed the superiority and questions faced of socio-economic development in Hebei Province.Once more, the article makes scientific analysis of the interactive status between vocational-technical education and socio-economic development through SPSS- statistical software and Cobb-Douglas- production function, analyses the reasons from the perspective of government, vocational-technical colleges and enterprise, analyses the factors which influences the interactive relations by synthesis.Finally, in view of related factors about good interaction, the article puts forward train of thoughts and measures to promote the reaction between vocational-technical education and socio-economic development, in the hope of providing academic and practical references for government as well as other reference department to guide vocational-technical education development and to promote the good interaction between vocational-technical education and socio-economic development.
