Research On College-enterprise Cooperation Education In Changji Vocational Technical College Of Xinjiang

With China taking a new industrialization road, building a new socialist countryside and continuously improving the requirements for skilled personnel of high quality for an innovative country , higher vocational education is facing not only great opportunities for development but also severe challenges. How to establish charactered higher vocational education and improve quality of personnel training has become the focus of the work for higher vocational education. The practical experience of domestic and international higher vocational education has shown that college-enterprise cooperation is the key to ensure the quality and characteristics of higher vocational education. Therefore, in terms of either the national policy or the present situation of vocational education research, research on college-enterprise cooperation has become a hot issue.The author has been engaged in management for a long time in a higher vocational college. She herself has experienced the whole process of the college's building, beginning and development. She has also personally been involved in planning , practice and exploration of the college-enterprise cooperation education pattern in her college, deeply impressed by the importance of college-enterprise cooperation education in higher vocational education and the specific difficulties in the actual operation. In this essay, through research into theories and patterns of college-enterprise cooperation education in higher vocational education in our country, compared with the experience and inspiration of college-enterprise cooperation in developed countries and conducting a comprehensive analysis of the conditions, issues and successful patterns about carrying out college-enterprise cooperation education in the author's college , solutions and advice on carrying out further college-enterprise cooperation education in Changji Vocational Technical College are put forward in the following four aspects: Firstly, playing the government's leading role and improving operation system of college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education; Secondly, integrating effective regional resources and building vocational education union; Thirdly, establishing two-way part-time system for college-enterprise personnel and optimizing the structure of teaching staff; Lastly, speeding up the reform to establish professionals and curriculum system , which are suitably for further college-enterprise cooperation. It's quite useful for the local government to implement the national policy "National Programmers of Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan", to establish a sound government-led, industry- guided, enterprise–participating system for running a college , to promote the institutionalization and standardization of college-enterprise cooperation and improve the educational level of higher vocational education.
