School-enterprise cooperation is the basic school system of technical education,the process of which involves various subjects of government, social organizations,technical schools and enterprises. It is of great practical significance to give full play to the four subjects jointly and to build a long-term cooperation mechanism in Guangdong Technical Education for the purpose of training qualified skilled workers for the transformation and upgrading of industries and enterprises. In this background,the author did this research. The author studies the current situation of government-school-enterprise-social organization linkage mechanism of vocational education in Guangdong by means of literature analysis, comparative study, action research, questionnaire survey and interviews, analyzes the existing problems through data analysis, and puts forward the development strategy of the construction of Guangdong Technical Education “government, school, enterprise and social organizations” the four subjects linkage long-term mechanism by drawing on the experience of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in developed countries. This thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction, which generally explains the reason of selecting this topic, research significance, research status at home and abroad and research methods. The second part is theory research. This part defines and elaborates the several core concept of this paper, and analyzes the five major theoretical foundations of this research, and puts forward the reference and enlightenment. The third part is a current situation research. It's mainly statisticalanalysis of survey results of questionnaires and interviews. On the basis of mastering research data, the author analyzes the current situation of Guangdong technical education school-enterprise cooperation mechanism deeply, including achievements as well as difficulties and problems. The fourth part is an international comparison research, mainly analyzing the school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms in Germany,the United States, Australia and Singapore, and concluding the characteristics and experience that we can learn. The fifth part is a strategies research. In this part,according to the research results and based on the advanced experience of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in international developed countries, the author suggests a scientific and appropriate division of duties among “government,school, enterprise and social organizations”, and proposes the effective strategies for innovating school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in the mode of joint school running by the four subjects. The research suggests an appropriate division of duties among “government, social organization, enterprise and school” in the process of constructing a long-term school-enterprise cooperation in technical education, and proposes some specific strategies to build a long-term cooperation mechanism in Guangdong Technical Education, including: innovation of school-enterprise cooperation management mechanism, innovation of school-enterprise cooperation incentive mechanism, innovation of school-enterprise cooperation teaching mechanism, and innovation of school-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism.
