At present,the research on the financing mode of introducing social private capital into the campus construction of colleges and universities mainly focuses on the project financing mode adopted in the ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities,and does not carry on the differentiation research according to the different university types,the different education running mode and the different socialization cooperation degree,especially to the higher vocational college campus construction financing research less.This paper expounds the contents and characteristics of higher vocational colleges in the aspects of campus construction content,education mode of running,the connotation and mode of school-enterprise cooperation,combined with the analysis of the present situation and causes of the investment of higher vocational campus construction funds,and studies the necessity and feasibility of higher vocational colleges in school-Enterprise cooperative running,How to introduce enterprise capital to finance its own development and construction.Further explore how to combine the specific model of school-enterprise cooperation under the background of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,determine the corresponding index parameters,and construct the corresponding quantitative model of campus construction financing based on engineering economic evaluation and quantitative analysis method;On the basis of the model,this paper studies and analyzes how both sides of the school and Enterprise can achieve mutual benefit and win-win and maximize benefits in the process of cooperative financing.Finally,combined with the concrete case of the new campus construction project,the model is applied to obtain the calculation conclusion under certain boundary conditions,and the existing problems of the model are analyzed.The overall purpose of the study is to provide a quantifiable reference system for engineering economic evaluation for higher vocational colleges by using this model to carry out financing according to the characteristics of the cooperative sharing model of higher vocational schools.
