| Teachers are engineers of human souls, teachers'mental health will affect not only their quality and happiness of life, but also affect the development of students'mental health. With the intensification of teachers' professional voice and the students' mental health injuried by teachers, teachers'mental health problems have gradually become the focus of attention.Many domestic and international research shows that the status of teachers' mental health is not optimistic. The special economic and cultural development of southwest area influences teachers' mental health in some way.Therefore, investigating the status and features of southwest primary and secondary school teachers' mental health, analysising the factors that influence teachers'mental health, is of great significance for enhancing the mental health levels of teachers.Based on the domestic and international existed studies,by using ways of the literature analysis, questionnaires and related research methods, tested 777 southwest primary and secondary school teachers.After statistical analysising and data managementing,totally get the current mental health status of southwest primary and secondary school teachers. Based on the current situation survy,the research analyzed the relationship between teachers' mental health and the factors(coping style, self consistency and congruence, social support and subjective well-being). Finally, the research proposed education strategies according to enhancing teachers' mental health.The main results of this research were as following:1.The status of southwest teachers' mental health is not optimistic. The mental health state level of the southwest primary and secondary school teachers is below that of the normal populations; in the physical symptom, obsessive compulsion, anxiety, terror, bigot, psychoneurosis,the southwest teachers' scores were significantly higher than the national norm, indicates that China southwest mental health of school teachers are worse than the general population.2.1n the differences of gender,education levels,teaching subjects, the mental health of southwest school teachers are not reached significant levels,but in the differences of titles, teaching stages,working properties,income, subjective teaching levels, the mental health of teachers there were significant different.3.Teachers' mental health and the factors exist extremely significant correlation. Subjective well-being, self consistency and congruence, coping style and social support have direct effects on mental health, the joint explanation was 48.8%, of which the most predictive power of subjective well-being, their individual rate of 37.3% explained.Social support,self consistency and congruence and subjective well-being through an indirect effect on mental health, coping style and social support on mental health through self consistency and congruence,and the effects of the four indirect paths to mental health can explain 13.7% of the variance for mental health.The influence factors on the overall effect of mental health (R2) is 0.625, that is, subjective well-being, self consistency and congruence, coping style and social support can explain 62.5% of the variance for mental health. |
