Mental health literacy is a concept first proposed by Australian scholar Jorm and in 1997.It mainly refers to "helping people understand, deal with and prevent knowledge and beliefs about mental health problems".China has taken improving citizens' mental health literacy as an important part of the construction of spiritual civilization, and put forward the basic goal of mental health service that "by 2030,the mental health literacy of the whole people will be generally improved".The improvement of mental health literacy is conducive to the early identification, timely intervention and proper help-seeking of the public on mental health problems, and to the improvement of the stigmatization of the public on mental health problems, thereby improving the overall mental health level of the whole society and promoting and developing good social outcomes. In our country, mental health literacy is still a relatively new concept, lacking of theoretical and empirical research in the context of our cultural background. In the future,we should actively compile a scientific and comprehensive measurement tool of mental health literacy in line with China's national conditions, explore the influencing factors model in line with China's culture, and provide more scientific and comprehensive theoretical basis for the Sinicization of mental health literacy. In this study, questionnaire survey was used to collect data. Some primary and secondary school teachers in Jilin were selected as subjects. In study 1,the Mental Health Literacy Scale compiled by O'Connor,an Australian scholar, was revised. In study 2,the revised Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire for Primary and Secondary School Teachers,Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90),Social Support Rate Scale (SSRS) and Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ) were used to study the relationship between mental health literacy, social support, coping style and mental health status.According to the influencing factors, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The revised Questionnaire on Mental Health Literacy of Primary and Secondary School Teachers consists of four dimensions: the ability to identify specific mental diseases, the comprehensive ability, the ability to obtain mental health information and the attitude to promote correct cognition of psychological problems and help-seeking behavior. The Questionnaire on Mental Health Literacy of Primary and Secondary School Teachers has good reliability and validity, which meets the needs of psychometrics. It can be used as a measuring tool to measure the mental health literacy of primary and secondary school teachers.(2)Mental health literacy, social support and coping style are closely related to mental health.Subjective support and utilization of support in social support significantly positively predicted the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers.Solving problems, seeking help,self-blame and rationalization in coping style significantly positively predicted the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers.Fantasy and withdrawal in coping style significantly negatively predicted the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers.Problem identification in mental health literacy significantly negatively predicts the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers, information seeking in mental health literacy significantly negatively predicts the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers, and attitude in mental health literacy significantly positively predicts the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers.(3)Problem identification and information seeking dimension in mental health literacy have some mediating effects on age and mental health; The problem identification dimension in mental health literacy has a complete mediating effect on subjective support dimension in social support and mental health; There are some mediating effects in the comprehensive literacy and information seeking dimension of mental health literacy in coping style and mental health; The dimension of seeking information in mental health literacy partially mediates the dimension of fantasy in coping style and mental health.
