The Directions of Preschool Education has been proposed that the kindergarten must take the protection of children's lives and the promotion of children's health on the most important station. Following the spirit and requirements of The Directions of Preschool Education, there are many kindgartens have begun to implement the children's health education and got good results. It is because that economic development of rural areas is relatively backward; people's mind of education is weak and so on. There are many difficulties and problems in the Implement of children's health education curriculum. It takes case study as the main method. The author takes A Kindergarten in Yingxian of Shuozhou city in Shanxi province as example. During the specific studies, It applies literature, observation and visitation to study the actuality and influence factors of the health education curriculum implement in this kindergarten, founding the problem of the health curriculum implement, putting forward proposals for health education of rural kindergarten in China.By the interviews and observations of teachers, parents, and the principals of A kindergarten to learn about and analysis the implementation of health education curriculum. there are fives aspects to learn about and analysis the stuations,such as it is teachers how to defined objectives on the kindergarten's health education curriculum, selected curriculum,organized curriculum, approach of curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.Then, the author found that many problems in the A kindergarten. They are the problems such as:Although the teachers have been realized that the importance of children's interests and needs of life in determining of curriculum objectives. During the practice, the most of teachers determine the curriculum goals only on the basis of the requirements of The Directions of Preschool Education; the teachers can make correct choice of health education curriculum, but they are focused on physical health education; the teachers are able to use methods such as teaching activities, daily activities, and many other ways to implement the health education curriculum. In specific teaching activities, most teachers only use methods described in relatively simple style, but only a part of teachers can use varietisties of ways; In the A kindergarten,the teachers are the main body of evaluation. Teachers are using methods to make evaluation of curriculum more flexibly and diversitily.There are many methods such as young children's self-report, the volume of contaction between families and teachers, surveying the evaluation of parents,oral evaluation of teachers. But it is lack of the standard of evaluation. So the evaluation is incomplete.The study also mainly from the characteristics of the curriculum such as the needs and urgency of the curriculum, the clarity of the curriculum, the complexity of the curriculum, the practicality of the curriculum; the factors of the teachers such as the teachers'attitude, the knowledge and skills of the teachers, and the other factors such as the recognitions and supports of the principals, the trainings of teachers, the supports of resources of the curriculum, the culture kindergarten, the supports of parental, social supports and so on.They are to be used to analyze the influence factors of the implementation of health education curriculum.In the end, the study provides some feasible proposals to solute the problems. It has to strengthen the knowledge of health education and the trainings of teachers; The principals should strengthen the guide of curriculum and provide resources to support the implementation of health education curriculum; a suitable cultural atmosphere of health education to be created for the implementation of health education curriculum; leading parents to participate in the implementation of health education courses and building support networks between their families and the kindergarten.
