The development of infant's sociality is a process that infant gradually grip the society rule and society skill, shape a people of his society .It is came true by the reciprocity of unit and colony, infant and their accompanist The development of infant's sociality has huge influence on their study and life. These years , more and more people begin to pay attention to the development of sociality 3ut in the kindergarten the development of infant's sociality is came true by curriculum implement In 2001,our county issue the new program to kindergarten education. It has explained the goal of the society education, content, rule and so on. After that, many areas put up many kinds of activity of social curriculum. In this case, the author takes A Kindergarten in bei bei District of Chongqing as Example, applys literature, observation and visitation to study the actuality and influence factors of the social curriculum implement in this kindergarten.The results of the research are as follows: at present, the teachers has much achievement, such as they has payed attention to the infant's interest, need and go-aheadism. Pay attention to the development of infant's sensibility, attitude and value. In teaching process, they apply many kinds of instruments, such as, narrating, discussing, Operating, playing and so on. In evaluation, they mostly apply forming evaluation, besides, they also apply many kinds of evaluation manners. But, they has many problems, such as, their consciousness of making new curriculum is very scarce, their teaching are regular and they usually ignore the osmosis of social curriculum.The research also indicates that influence factors of the social curriculum implement in this kindergarten include the teacher themselves (their knowledge and ability, their beliefs, their tropism of curriculum implement),outer factors(backer, correlative material, the kindergarten's culture and so on).The results also indicate: though these factors are different, and they are not isolated but correlative. If we ignore anyone of them, the curriculum will be failing.With analysis of the actuality and influence factors of the social curriculum implement in this kindergarten.. The author make suggestions: president must lead the social curriculum, apply effective measures to improve the teachers diathesis, gain communion offer theory and practice for teachers, build good kindergarten culture and teachers culture, apply effective measures to gain sustenance from the paterfamilias and society.
