Evaluation Research Based On The Niche Theory On University Intellectual Capital In The Case Of Dalian University Of Technology

In the context of knowledge economy,intellectual capital has become the core of the orga-nization.Therefore,in the organization of the university, the timely and effective evaluation and management of the University intellectual capital is the key for the university to form the susta-inable competitive advantage.Based on the existing intellectual capital of enterprises and intellectual capital of univer-sities,it makes a summary and comparative analysis for evaluation methodology of intellectual capital,to provide the basis for the choice of evaluation methods of University intellectual capit-al.Meanwhile,Combine the existing intellectual capital of enterprises and intellectual capital of universities to propose the evaluation model of intellectual capital,that is University human ca-pital,University structural capital,University social capital,University leadership capital.Based on the previous studies,propose the index system of elements combined with the research object and design the questionnaire.Make use of the SPSS 17.0 to analyse the data,reliability analysis and factor analysis have been carried out on the samples.To propose the common factors throu-gh factor analysis of the elements and do the reliability analysis of indicators of the common fa-ctors.And then the descriptive analysis and correlation analysis have been carried out on the sa-mples by the use of analysis software.The results show that the reliability of index system is re-liable,and is suitable for factor analysis,the extracted common factors have a higher interpret-ation degree for data,the overall score of index of each elements is around 3.5000 which is re-latively high,but some indicators score low or high.At the same time,correlation analysis sho-ws that the four elements of the university intellectual capital are positive correlation,also have a positive impact. These also verify the research hypothesis of this article.Therefore,based on the above analysis,a comprehensive evaluation of intellectual capital of Dalian University of Technology has been conducted.Finally,based on the analysis of relationship between the niche theory and the university intellectual capital,the strategy of the university intellectual capital has been put forward by the using of the niche theory. Thus,on the basis of the study of the intellectual capital evaluation of the research object,Dalian University of Technology,this provides a theoretical and practical guideline for the evaluation,development and management of the university intellectual capital.
