The institution of higher education is the important bases of personnel training, scientific research and community service, local university of our country important component of university, he undertake, train talent and serve local important task of socio-economic development for place. Compete and encourage day by day among present institution of higher education, because the local university is influenced by many kinds of factors comprehensive strength generally weaker, so what comprehensive strength of improving the local university, further strengthen its place socio-economic development of service's ability, become the target who people pay close attention to.It is in the field of service trade that the university educates, the products of the school are the teaching service offered to customer. According to the common understanding of" the organization depend on to the customer " of business circles, the customer is the foundation that the institution of higher education survives and develops. Require the university to satisfy customer's demands for higher education from trying hard under the new environment, it is satisfied to create customers actively, promote the competitiveness of the university.Customer's satisfactory idea is to consume what the psychologist established in 1986 by U.S.A., later a lot of scholars and enterprises all carried on research and explored to it. By the 1990s, the customer had already satisfiedly set up as the theory of a kind of science, system. Our country mainly concentrates on industrial enterprise and some service organizations to research and application of customer's satisfactory theory. In recent years, the domestic scholar applies the customer satisfaction theory to the research of university's manpower resources management, have put forward it on the basis of the domestic and foreign customer's satisfactory university human resources management theory. This text is on the basis that analyzed about intension and characteristic of manpower resources management, analyze intension and characteristic of university's manpower resources management, analyze necessity and feasibility that customer's satisfactory theory is applied in university's manpower resources management. The article takes A university as an example, has investigated and analyzed to A university's manpower resources management current situation on this basis, point out that is influenced by traditional personnel management, the current situation of A university's manpower resources management and existing subject problem, put forward the countermeasure of improving A university's manpower resources management, the key should establish the new manpower resources management idea, construct the human resources management mode based on that the university customer is satisfactory.
