Motivation is an important human resource management content,Effective incentive can play the enthusiasm and creativity of staff, can maximize the potential of employees, Thus facilitating the goals of the organization.The theme of this paper is Teachers'Incentive of Xi'an Siyuan University. Firstly, the writer describes the research background, significance, research ideas and methods; Secondly, the writer introduces incentive theory related to the paper and literature review; Thirdly, the writer picks out Teachers'Incentive problems and the reasons of Xi'an Siyuan University both from the School and Social through an method of empirical study conducted a questionnaire survey of teachers of Xi'an Siyuan University; Finally, the writer proposes to build counter measures of teacher incentive followed the incentive principle,The main content:To develop its own unique culture, To guide the professional development of teachers, To build a scientific performance appraisal system, To build a fair system of remuneration.
