The rural compulsory education has always been the issue which our party and the country attached great importance to, China financial education increases every year,these substantial increase in the effectiveness of how the input is the main content of this study.In this paper, use the DEA method of investment in rural compulsory education in China relative effectiveness analysis.First, all regions will be the input for rural compulsory education as a whole, receive the overall efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency for education come to the regions; Then analyze the input indicators, understanding of the various input indicators of resource use situation and its investment scale of the situation.We can conclude that:Firstly, the validity of the expenditures for education with local economic development are not invariably linked; Secondly, resource allocation and resource utilization is low, primary schools, mainly the utilization of fixed assets is low, middle schools, mainly the utilization of educational funds is low; thirdly, The investment of education is absolutly excess,the teacher structural surplus; Finally,the lack of chinese rural compulsory education into the effectiveness mainly due to the lack of investment and the relativly surplus.This will require the following measures:we can dispose the investment resources according to their specific, improve resource utilization.
