As the reform of the kindergarten art curriculum in China is being promoted, art curriculum resources become more and more important. As for Preschool art education, its diversity and property are decisive factors for achieving curriculum objectives. Thus the development of it becomes the objective requirement of the reform in kindergarten.The good folk songs can be used as high-quality art curriculum resources in kindergarten. Developing them, doing some research on them and making use of them, which of course, can not only inherite excellent folk culture, enriching kindergarten curriculum resources, but also have some guidance and reference value for kindergarten to explore the folk songs.This research mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire, observation, action research and collecting method. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part is for the introduction section. Mainly introduces the selection reasons and relevant research situation, and make some definition about certain concepts.The second part is the situation and analysis of kindergarten (A) on the development and utilization of folk songs as preschool curriculum resources. Firstly, a brief introduction of the profile of kindergarten(A). Secondly, it introduces the constitution and characteristics of preschool art education curriculum resources based on folk songs. Thirdly, it recommends about the situation on the development and utilization of folk songs as preschool curriculum resources in kindergarten (A). And Finally it analyses deeply about the stituation of the above, discussing the successful experience, questions and reasons that exist in the research. The third part is the response of the development and utilization of folk songs as art curriculum resources in kindergarten(A). For the lack of the research, putting forward corresponding countermeasures:First, promoting the teachers' capacity of the development and utilization of folk songs as art curriculum resources in kindergarten; Second is rich the content of the development and utilization of folk songs as art curriculum resources in kindergarten (A); Third is diversity the methods of the development and utilization of folk songs as art curriculum resources in kindergarten (A).
