The aim of training secretarial talents in secondary vocational schools is to train secretarial talents for local enterprises and institutions.Therefore,secretarial practitioners need to have a certain understanding of the relevant local conditions,including folk culture,in order to better serve the local economic development.At the same time,secretarial practitioners also need to understand the common knowledge of folk culture in different regions and nationalities,so as to deal with the working objects from different regions,different cultural backgrounds and regions with proper and standardized secretarial etiquette.The curriculum resources based on folk culture can meet the needs of secretarial posts for personnel training,achieve the teaching objectives of secretarial etiquette courses in secondary vocational schools,and improve the knowledge structure of secretarial students.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical significance to develop and utilize folk culture reasonably in the curriculum resources of secretarial etiquette in secondary vocational schools.Through interviews and questionnaires,the paper understands the current situation of the development and utilization of folk culture in secretarial etiquette curriculum resources of secondary vocational schools in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Insufficient,lack of systematic teaching;the way of development and utilization is not practical,lack of activity experience.The main reasons are the lack of awareness and ability of teachers to develop and utilize curriculum resources,the imperfect objective conditions of schools to develop and utilize curriculum resources,the emphasis of secondary vocational schools on mastering and improving vocational skills,and the neglect of the cultivation of students’ humanistic qualities.In addition,the paper analyses the feasibility of developing and utilizing folk culture in the curriculum resources of secretarial etiquette in secondary vocational schools from three aspects: national policyorientation,rich folk culture and students’ interest in folk culture,and puts forward three principles of developing and utilizing folk culture in the curriculum resources of secretarial etiquette in secondary vocational schools: combining extensive experience with compassion.The principle of unity of knowledge and practice and the principle of adapting measures to local conditions.Based on the above research and analysis,the paper proposes to implement the main body of development and utilization which combines in-school leadership with out-of-school coordination,to set the development and utilization target of combining ability development with quality improvement,to select the development and utilization content which combines skill and humanity,and to adopt the resource presentation mode which combines text and activity.In the end,taking the customs of "Dong people’s closing banquet" and "Miao people’s blocking wine" as examples,this paper elaborates how to develop and utilize folk culture in the secretarial etiquette curriculum of secondary vocational schools.It aims to provide some theoretical help for the development and utilization of folk culture in the curriculum resources of secretarial etiquette in secondary vocational schools,as well as some research references for secretarial teachers in secondary vocational schools. |
