Culture,which is necessity of human being,is the entire way of life of the human society including material wealth and spiritual wealth in the social development.With the advancement of kindergarten curriculum reform,local culture has been paid more and more attention by the state."Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline(Implementation)" has pointed out a direction for kindergarten curriculum reform:the urban and the rural kindergartens should try to use a variety of local educational resources to build a suitable way for the local development of curriculum of children.Jingchu area has a large number of folk cultural resources,which contain rich educational value.The development and utilization of Jingchu folk culture makes a lot of sense.First it can enrich the life of young children in Jingzhou area;second it promotes the development of children's physical and mental development,which can stimulate children's favorite to local culture;third it is a useful way for the heritage and development of Jingchu folk culture.What's the most important is that it can improve the teachers' professional skills in the region and theirs understanding to Jingchu folk culture.Therefore,there is of great significance and value to carry out this research.This study mainly uses action research method combining other ways such as observing,interviewing and reviewing literature to collect data.An investigation and analysis on a Kindergarten in their development and utilization of Jingchu's Folk Cultur was carried out.On our research,we cooperate with the teacher in the kindergarten to carry out a study on the development and utilization of Jingchu folk culture.During this period,the researchers and the teachers formed a research community to study and screen research materials(Chu Fu,Guan Yu,fish cake),and develop and modify a curriculum plan.After the activities,we analysis and reflect our work to constantly adjust and improve teaching activities.Finally,the achievements and shortcomings of the action research are summarized and discussed,and the feasible suggestions are concluded.This study is divided into four parts:1.Introduction.In this part,our research expounded its origin and pointed out its purpose and significance and then cleared its ideas and methods of research after reviewing related research literatures.2.Investigation on the Present Situation of Jingchu Folk Culture Development and Utilization in a local Kindergarten.Based on the information obtained from the observation and interview of the kindergarten in the local kindergarten,the present situation and problems of the development and utilization of folk culture in the kindergarten of the kindergarten were analyzed.3.Study on the Development and Utilization of Jingchu Folk Culture in Jingzhou City A Kindergarten.In view of the practical problems of the use of folk culture in the curriculum of the kindergarten,we cooperate with the cooperative teachers to formulate the cooperation plan and carry out the action research.The whole process is in accordance with the Action Research Program-implementation-reflection-re-planning-re-implementation-the process of reflection.Finally,the whole study of A kindergarten is summarized.4.Discussion and analysis of research results.After the action study,achievements and shortcomings of this research are summarized by discussing and analyzing the results of this study.5.Suggestions.Based on the existing problems in the kindergarten for their implementation situation of the development and utilization of Jingchu Folk Culture and our action study,this paper gave feasible suggestions from two aspects,including both external support(Education Administration Department,Social Propaganda Media,Parent)and kindergarten(Kindergarten managers,Teachers).
