The Research On The Present Situation Of The Cities' Middle And Primary Schools In Yanbian State

Physical Education has new responsibility and mission on the development of modern society. Regard "Health is First" thought and learning lifetime sports as the guiding ideology. Seizing opportunities, Launch the appropriate reform measures actively for school sports development and the rapid changes in modern society, adapt the trends of development in modern society.In this paper, the writer made an analysis of the current situation of primary and middle school physical education, such as extracurricular sports, physical education teachers, facilities, etc in Yanbian City (8 counties) by literature, survey and statistics and other methods, and got conclusions and make recommendations on actual situation.The results show that:the basic management system of primary and middle school physical education in Yanbian State is perfect, school physical education is put into the school work; offering physical education class is almost 100%, and the arrangement is very standard; the implementation of curricula and lesson plans according to the teaching plan are 97.6% and 84.6%; the implementation of sun sport is conducted 99.6% of the schools on average, extra-curricular training program is mainly track and field, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and other projects are the complement, and there are 92.5% of the schools are training. Few schools are doing morning exercises; the average rate of Sports Teacher Standards (first degree) is 71.5%, and primary schools are inferior to junior schools. Physical Education in Yanbian City Because of the limited funds and space, demand of the equipment, and space is not standard, some schools can't reach the national requirements.By advancing conversion values and attaching importance to after-school training, improve the quality of students, improve the treatment of PE teachers and improve the material conditions of physical education teaching. Yanbian State is not only a border area but also a minority area. China is a united multi-ethnic country. The School Sports Development in Yanbian State have a direct influence on the development of Chinese basic education, also affect the development of school physical education. Since the founding of New China, the reform and opening up, into the 21st century, the Chinese government has offered Yanbian State many preferential policies to promote the Yanbian state's political, economic, cultural and sports development. For example, in 1992 the State Council authorized Hunchun as the volumes of the open trade zone; since 2001, Yanbian State can the preferential policies for western development and revitalizing old industrial bases in Yanbian also got yielded results; in 2006,"Changchun-Jilin-Tumen" Highway opened,2009 In "China Tumen River Development Program for regional cooperation"-the regional international cooperation, policy development and opening up, pay close attention to a great golden opportunity. By making investigations and studies the present situation of physical education in city schools, find out extending present situation and the existing problems in school physical education and advance some reasonable measures for the development of the school physical education.First, it can offer new ideas for the school physical education reforms. Second, it can offer the theory basis for the further study of city school physical education. Also it can speed up the development of the city school physical education in Yanbian and make full implement the policy "the general plan program of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen". It has some practical significance on narrowing the gap of school physical education between Yanbian State and other developed areas.
