The present researches of middle school students'Inquiry learning are mostly from macroscopic perspectives to investigate and analyze the results of the Inquiry learning, the existent problems and solutions, but these researches ignore the distinctiveness of different schools and most researches are based on the quantitative and philosophical methods, lacking of investigation research. Therefore, this essay carries out an investigation on the present situation of Inquiry learning in Wenzhou Experimental Middle School, trying to analyze middle school students'Inquiry learning under the Internet environment through investigation. The essay aims to find out the existent problems and propose some feasible solutions, and moreover, to explore some possible ways for different schools to develop students'Inquiry learning under the Internet environment.Under the direction of pedagogy, teaching system design theory and constructivism learning theory, this essay uses the author's school as an example which is based on the Internet to carry out Inquiry learning of middle school students. This study meant to promote the development of the teaching resources library about Inquiry learning in Wenzhou Experimental Middle School, which is beneficial to the development of Inquiry learning in Wenzhou Experimental Middle School. Moreover, the essay can be a practical accumulation for the future research of middle school students' Inquiry learning under the Internet environment and provide some data for other researches on the continual development of Inquiry learning under the Internet of middle school students in Wenzhou.This study applies research methods such as Documentation method, Questionnaire method, and experts investigation, combining the methods of the qualitative and quantitive, and does the research from the following five aspects:teaching objectives, teaching process, learning organization, the role playing of the teachers and students, and studying analysis. The essay comes up with a practical system of the Inquiry learning in Wenzhou Experimental Middle School on the basis of the analysis of the research data. There have been some problems in the process of research, but through the evaluation of the practical use, the author analyzes the problems and finally draws the conclusions as follows, Inquiry learning can be a more efficient learning tool for the students and moreover, enrich learning resources and channels. Besides, Inquiry learning fosters the personality developments of students and as well as the fulfillment of the three-dimensional targets of students'knowledge, skills and emotion and values. It can also promote the overall development of students and teachers'professional development.
