Since the early 1980s, the higher vocational education appeared in our country. From nothing to know to get out of the road with Chinese characteristics, not only represents the concept developed with the time, also represents that the practice is becoming a mature behavior. In the process of the development of higher vocational education, the Higher and Occupational are often being said. "Higher" means it is a high level of educational, the person it trains is a high level; and "occupational" refers to their education is related occupations and associate with employment, livelihood, etc., with the economy society, market matches.With the economic background,business as an independent entity to assume responsibility for the economy, while also providing a variety of jops; companies want to become stronger must be based on Talented person, technology and other factors; vocational colleges provide high-quality skilled personnel, as an organization with a certain strength of scientific research just to provide support and other aspects of human and technology for the development of enterprises; supply and demand are matched, inter-enterprise cooperation "float out of the water".As a School-running Model of higher vocational education, school-enterprise cooperation has provided a new platform and opportunity for the growth of higher vocational education, but also provided the conditions for the development of enterprises. After decades of development, China’s school-enterprise cooperation has been from the first simple cooperation move in the direction of more features; because of the better and faster and more powerful upgrade the benefit rate in the process of school-enterprise cooperation, government and school,cooperation are full of yearning for deeper cooperation between schools and enterprises,so how to protect the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises? To build safeguard mechanism is the best feasible measures.In this paper, the writer use literature research, case studies, investigation, etc., and on the base of reading a large number of policy documents and research literature and other relevant information;and in the guide of Foster’s "school-enterprise cooperation" theory, resource dependence theory, stakeholder theory.Firstly,clears concept of depth higher vocational education school enterprise cooperation safeguard mechanism, and then introduce the valuable experience in developed countrys. Analysis of the current situation and problems of higher vocational education depth school-enterprise cooperation, sum up the experience and issue of the Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction.Finally proposed countermeasures and suggestions to construct the higher vocational education depth school-enterprise cooperation safeguard mechanism.The research can be divided into 7 parts:The first part is the "Introduction", including the reason to select the topic, current research, ideas and methods of the study.The second part is the "concept definition and theoretical foundation",analysis the concept of higher vocational education, school-enterprise cooperation, protection mechanisms; and introduce the basic meaning of Foster’s "school-enterprise cooperation" theory, resource dependence theory, and stakeholder theory;and the reason why to be the base of the study.The third part "the status quo and problems on the school-enterprise cooperation safeguard mechanisms in higher vocational education in China". Firstly,introduce the process of higher vocational education and the development of school-enterprise cooperation.Then introduce the school-enterprise cooperation experiences in developed areas:like develop policies and establish joint conference system, the establishment of a special fund, set up information technology platform. In China, there are many issues in school-enterprise cooperation, such as cooperation more to stay in the shallow, narrow content of cooperative education, lack of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism of mutual interests, lack of effective policy guidance, etc. Such problems hindering the country depth school-enterprise cooperation and deeper towards the development of education. There are still some problems in the protection of depth school-enterprise cooperation:the legal system is imperfect, the role of government is not clear, lack of enterprises to participate, insufficient capital investment, and so on.The main factors restrict the depth school-enterprise cooperation:the ideological factors, policy factors and efficiency factors.The forth part of the " introduces professional education experience on enterprise cooperation in developed country," which focuses on the specific practices in Germany, Australia, Japan and other countries school-enterprise cooperation, and to analyze the characteristics of its school-enterprise cooperation depth protection mechanism:Firstly,full government support, the second is the legal system of support,the third is the really involved of enterprise,the forth is professional categories set in line with the market needs, the fifth is establish a reasonable quality of education evaluation system.Part Ⅴ, "the case analysis on the school-enterprise cooperation safeguard mechanism of Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction" .Firstly,introduce the basic information of Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction, summarized the school-enterprise cooperation models, there are "order training" Cooperation mode, internship cooperation model, build a practice base, research cooperation, staff training; then study safeguard mechanism in the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises; the final analysis of the problems of cooperation and the reason why;writer find the reason is focusing on the performance in the absence of national and local policy guidance and support.Part Ⅵ,"The suggestions to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation safeguard of higher professional education":ideological guarantee, organizational security, interest protection,system security,fund guarantee,quality supervision and evaluation on the school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational education.Last part, conclusion.
