High vocational college school-enterprise cooperation is a complex systematic program that involves government, schools, enterprises, industries, society and so on. The operation of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is closely related to the advancement of local economic and social, the maturity of regional industrial structure and enterprise marketization and the ideology and strength of vocational colleges. Experience from at home and abroad indicate that the success of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism has intimate connection with the construction of a long-standing mechanism that adapts to the cooperation mode. It is an important topic theoretically and practically to build a long-standing mechanism in higher vocational college school-enterprise cooperation among education researchers in higher vocational colleges.It will be a long-term and arduous work to establish and improve the higher vocational college's school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. There are still many problems and difficulties in the cooperation under the background of social transition, such as:The cooperation is lack of policy inclination and financial support from the government and education department; there is a shortage.of independent departments and faculties in the department settings of higher vocational colleges; the teachers' participation in higher vocational colleges school-enterprise cooperation enthusiasm is not high; students in the school-enterprise cooperation lack management and can not be guaranteed security in urgent cases; The enterprises have confusion and concerns in the cooperation; industry associations have not given their full play in the school-enterprise cooperation, and so on. The author demonstrates subjects, namely, government, schools, enterprises and industrial associations in the school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms. Then the author analyzes their functions and relationship in the cooperation, clarifies the school-enterprise cooperation content, and concludes that the reasonable operation mechanism should be constructed from the perspective of dynamic mechanism, restriction mechanism, and safeguard mechanism.
