Social reform make our country faced more social problems, the professionalization of social work will be more effectively to solve social problems, promote social harmony.This article research large number of associated documents, after in-depth analysis, then considered:The professionalization of social work is the process of learning the professional skills of social work, and then realizing its professional concept and social values by social workers. It can be divided into the following four parts:the professionalization of social workers, the systematization of social work institutions, the specialization of social work practiceand the normalization of the functions of social work.Social workers'professionalization is the core part in the professionalization of social work. The government needs to improve the post setting system for social workers, to raise their salaries and to strengthen the construction of their professional ethics. The systematization of social work institutions is the guarantee to the professionalization of social work. The government needs to set up access system and operation standard for social work institutions, and also to improve the supervision system for these institutions. The specialization of social work practice is the foundation to the professionalization of social work. In this aspect, the government needs to perfect the professional education of social work in colleges and universities, to increase on-the-job training opportunities for social workers in our country. The normalization of the functions of social work is the dynamic to the professionalization of social work. In this way, the government needs to create favorable environment and set up perfect legal systems for the development of social work.
