With the progress of the society and the development of the times, in the process ofIdeological and Political Education, if the educator is still the only subject and the educateeˊskey role can not be paid attention to, obviously, the Ideological and Political Education will notbe able to adapt to changes in the environment, not to mention further breakthrough anddevelopment. The Ideological and Political Education emphasizes on Influencing educatee withcertain ideas, political views and ethics, in order to cultivate their good moral character andperfect personality. In the current practice of Ideological and Political Education, the educatorusually regard the educatee as object. They only instill some education theories to the educatee,which make them not to develop their subjectivity, and then the educatee will be in a completelypassive position. As a result, they will mechanically recite and memorise theories and will notunderstand them, not to mention character and personality sublimation. However, theinter-subjectivity theory which is a bright spot in the view of western philosophy, points to theinteraction between shujects and opposites the traditional reversal of subject and object. Theinter-subjectivity involves two or more than two shubjectsˊrelationship, so it is out of thetraditional set pattern of single subject. It points to the relevance, unity and regulatory betweensubjects. And this point happens to coincide with the practice demand of Ideological andPolitical Education. If the inter-subjectivity theory is used in the process of Ideological andPolitical Education, it will strengthen the unity of educator and educatee, make them contact andinteract. Thus the educatee will not only receive theories but also understand them. Theirsubjectivity will be developed, at the same time, their character and personality will promoteimperceptibly. Finally, the purpose of Ideological and Political Education will be achieved.Based on the above discussion, this dissertation tries to study the combination ofinter-subjectivity theory and Ideological and Political Education boldly. Through researching therelated concepts of inter-subjectivity, exploring the meaning and characteristics ofinter-subjectivity and the development process of inter-subjectivity theory, combining the currentpractice of Ideological and Political Education, this dissertation analyses the necessity that inter-subjectivity theory should be used in the process of Ideological and Political Education.And then it tries to analyse a series of values when the inter-subjectivity theory is used in theIdeological and Political Education process. Finally, it puts forward effective ways of Ideologicaland Political Education when it is guided by the inter-subjectivity theory, then the efficiency ofIdeological and Political Education will be improved. This dissertation is around the themeclosely, mainly discusses three parts:PartⅠ: the summaries of inter-subjectivity theory. Mainly discusses the following aspects:the concepts of subject and object and their relationship; the meaning and characteristics ofinter-subjectivity; the development process of inter-subjectivity theory; the necessity thatinter-subjectivity theory should be used in the process of Ideological and Political Education.PartⅡ: a series of values when the inter-subjectivity theory is used in the Ideological andPolitical Education process. This part mainly discusses the following aspects: make educator andeducateeˊpositions clear and realize their identitiesˊequality; construct reasonablecommunication channels and realize educator and educateeˊmutual understanding andinteracting; cultivate healthy personalities and realize the free and comprehensive developmentof human.PartⅢ: the effective ways of Ideological and Political Education when it is guided by theinter-subjectivity theory. This part is based on the above discussion, and it mainly discusses thefollowing aspects: life concept of Ideological and Political Education should be implemented;the conversational platform of Ideological and Political Education should be constructed; theevaluation of Ideological and Political Education should be tested.
