In broad sense, inter-subjectivity means the correlation and association which the person as a subject act with others in an object-oriented manner, as well as the existence of a relation. Inter-subjectivity of the ideological and political education is a new ideological and political education pattern guided by the inter-subjectivity theory, in which the pedagogues and the educatees treated as the subject and the educational materials treated as the object in the educational process. The characteristics of intersubjectivity theory has added new vitality and provided powerful force for the ideological and political education. This paper is divided into three part:First part is mainly based to analyze the content of the intersubjectivity theory and the puzzledom of the traditional ideological and political education, and explains the inter-subjectivity of the ideological and political education. The traditional ideological and political education is the subjectival ideological and political education which is based on subject-object dichotomy,the pedagogues treated as the subject and the educatees treated as the object, as well as the activities in which the pedagogues change the educatees. The subjectival ideological and political education has played an important role in the particular history period, but with the advent of globalization and the proposal of building harmonious socialist society, the subjectival ideological and political education can not fully fit the requirements of ideological and political education, so it is necessary to be transformed. Intersubjectivity advocate the equal intercourse relationship between the subjects and others, and adapt to the current theme of era development and the requirements of ideological and political education. Inter-subjectivity of ideological and political education is a dialectical surpassment for the subjectival ideological and political education, and change the ideological and political education from a single subject into pairs, from the knowledgeable to humanizational, from the object-oriented to humanizational. The second part analyses the necessity and importance of the intersubjectivity transformation from external challenges and internal factors faced by the ideological and political education. External challenges mainly expatiate the development of globalization, the requirements of scientific development concept and building socialism harmonious society, seriatimly analyze the nature of these three factors and the relationship between three factors with the inter-subjectivity of ideological and political education; internal factors mainly refer to the nature of ideological and political education from the intercept, and analyse the association of three aspects:the goals of human class-based form and ideological and political education, the relationship between man’s free development and ideological and political education and the internal agreement between ideological characters of the "keeping up with the times" ideological and political education and inter-subjectivity. The external environment and internal factors of ideological and political education are required the inter subjective transformation. Therefore, it is necessary for the development of the inter-subjectivity of ideological and political education.Part III mainly discusses how to build a major ideological and political education of intersubjectivity, is the specific feasibility proposals on the operational level and the important section of this thesis. The construction of inter-subjectivity of ideological and political education need to comply with the principles of equal status, two-way interaction and return to the life, respect the rules of "harmony with keeping difference","bestowal and acceptance equity" and "collaboration and win-win solutions", exert the functions of cultural heritage, society unify and individual development. At the same time, we must firmly grasp the attitude treated to the objective world, social world and the subjective world, regard the understanding and dialogue bewteen pedagogues and educatees, achieve the conditions to build inter-subjectivity of ideological and political education. At last, the paper discusses three paths of classroom teaching, class management and daily education, proposes the operational rationalize recommendations aimed at the characteristics of three different paths. The above content is provided with strongly practical significance for the construction of inter-subjectivity of ideological and political education.
