After human beings enter the information society, Network world change rapidly,New media emerge in endlessly, Micro-blog and We Chat came into being and lead the arrival of the “Micro Era”. College students are deeply influenced by micro-blog and We Chat, their thoughts and behavior present some new features. In order to follow the development trend of the times, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, University’s ideological and political education should keep pace with the times, improve and perfect theoretical basis and teaching methods. Achieved by the traditional one-way subjective ideological and political education to inter-subjective ideological and political education transformation. The article does a deep research on university’s inter-subjective ideological and political education in Micro-era. On the basis of previous research, this article is to reinterpret the connotation of intersubjective ideological and political education, which is educator play a leading role as the main body, educated play the main role as a secondary subject in the process of ideological and political education. The main body and the secondary subject realize contacts on the basis of equal dialogue. It requires multi polar body have equal status,equal contact qualification and equal communication environment. The article does a survey of current situation of students using micro-blog and We Chat by questionnaire.Based on survey results, the paper analyses the dilemma of the subjective ideological and political education in Micro-era, and the necessity of university ’ s intersubjective ideological and political education in Micro-era. In addition, the paper analyzes a series of dilemma in university’s inter-subjective ideological and political education in the micro era such as deviation of value orientation, practical feasibility challenge, and the plight of educational effectiveness. The paper analyses the causes including of theoretical system, operation mode and safeguard measures of the dilemma of inter-subjective ideological and political education in Micro-era. To seize opportunities and meet challenges, the paper is try to perfect the theoretical basis of university’s inter-subjective ideological and political education in Micro-era. It constructed the operation mode which is subject- carrier-sub subject- object. The paper explores specific implementation path of university’s inter-subjective ideological and political education in Micro-era actively.
