Firstly, this thesis elaborates the theory related with Nobel prize in physics as curriculum resource.Secondly, the feasibility of Nobel prize as physics curriculum resource has been analyzed. The applcation of Nobel prize to senior high school physics teaching meets the requirements of the new curriculum standard which takes"knowledge and skill","process and method"and"emotion, attitude and value"as educational goals, for Nobel prize in physics covers almost all the major achievements of modern physics,reflects the history of physics of recent hundred years and embodies the social and historic value of modern physics. So Nobel prize attracts the attention of physicists as well as physics educators. The applcation of Nobel prize to high school education will promote students'comprehensive and overall quality.By analyzing the current textbooks and related teaching materials, questionaire surveying as well as individual interviewing, the author has found that the present application of Nobel prize to high school physics teaching is far from satisfaction. The current textbooks,teachers and students do not pay enough attention to this aspect,for example, the textbook does not include many contents related with Nobel prize which should be included. Teachers'reluctance to apply this resource comes from the influence of current textbook and the National College Entrance Exam.Cases of application of Nobel prize to physics teaching and students activities as well as some suggestions are presented finally. The author heartly wishes that Nobel prize in physics be sufficiently made use of.
