The Research Of Driving Factors And Future Tendence Of Chinese Community Autonomy

As an important part of a city, communities enjoy a close relationship with the political, economic and cultural life of the residents. Therefore, The quality of the community affects not only the life level of the community residents but also the development and stability of the entire society and country. To achieve social progress and modernization through community development has been adapted by many countries as the major practice to promote the development of the cities.This essay focuses on the driving factors of the community autonomy, which are, for instance, community-based organizations, non-profit organizations, community residents, volunteers and so on. Its objective is to promote citizen participation in practice, optimize the functions of other driving factors that affect community autonomy, therefore the community's self-government structures, how to define the relationship between community and the government, how to legalize the community autonomy, and provide strong legal protection. These questions also have great significance to the democracy in our country, the construction of civil society, and the socialist political system.In the study of our country's community autonomy construction, we gave in-depth analysis of the status quo of our community autonomy construction, found the plight and the causing factors of it. Meanwhile, we discussed some other countries about their community autonomy construction experiences, introduced successful foreign experience and theory in this field into our community autonomy with the purpose of promoting China's community construction. I made full use of a variety of community members and the various factors that affect the community, pushing them to interact and cooperate together in order to solve community public affairs, provide service to community residents and improve the construction of China's community autonomy. This essay opened up ides for the construction of China's community autonomy, the reform of the urban skeleton management system, and the grassroots democracy.
