The mathematical concept representation is a expression with a sort of forms. Previous studies showed that the process of acquiring the math concepts is a process that to establish a representation of one mathematical concept. Accordingly, if you want to make students master the mathematical concepts, you need study concept of psychological process, we also can say, study math concepts of internal representation. Generally speaking, representation includes two aspects, one is external representation and the other is internal representation. External representation is various forms of expression of concept (oral, symbolic, numerical, graphic) with the coordinate system between these forms'transformation and internal transformation. Internal representation is a unity system, which is made of progress and object. It includes information coding, transformation, contact, storage, processing and the concept internal network structure system. It is hard to catch the internal representation so we try to use external representation to reflect the character of the students'internal representation.Jing nationality reside in Guang Xi province, the population is less than three million. Their ancestors came from Vietnam in the beginning of 16 century. During the development of these years, Jing nationality become one of the richest nationalities in China. Because of the unique culture of Jing nationality, we analyzed the difference of students'mathematical concept representation between Jing and Han nationality through the comparative research, tried to find the solution of these difference, so as to do some work to improve our school education. The object of this research is the pupil in Jing and Han nationality ,it mainly uses questionnaires, interviews, operational analysis, case studies and other modern educational research methodology, try to find the deep reason. The question we studied is: the difference of the level of mathematics concept representation; the relationship between mathematics accomplishments and the levels of mathematical concept representation; the character of Jing and Han nationality pupil's mathematics concept image.Through studies, we have reached the following conclusions: there is no significant difference between Jing and Han nationality pupil's mathematic concept representation; there is no significant difference between Jing and Han nationality pupil's level in different concepts ;there have significant relationship between mathematics accomplishments and the levels of mathematical concept representation; Jing and Han nationality pupil's mathematic concept representation are both lacks rich, often the sole use concept prototype carries on; representations reflect the essence of the concept attributes at a low-level and are not accurate; compared with Han nationality students, Jing nationality students tend to use specific material to represent concept.
