With the national universities and colleges to implement the reform of physical education curriculum, assessment has become an issue of universal concern of educators. Educational evaluation is to judge the value of education, the phenomenon that, according to a certain standard of value assessment of the phenomenon of education. Based on documentation, questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other methods to combine ,according to Guangxi Normal option of public sports aerobics class 2009 students as experimental object, the process of evaluation in Public colleges and universities teaching aerobics experimental study of the use of experiment after the experimental group and control group of students from various statistics and relevant comparative data and the results analyzed.Major conclusions:(1) aerobics in college teaching of public evaluation process, so that the teacher's teaching and the student's study as well as the integrated assessment of student learning on teachers teaching and student learning have played a very good role in promoting more than the traditional teaching evaluation is more conducive to raising the effectiveness of teaching aerobics, students will be more relaxed, pleasant aerobics techniques to master essentials.(2) The process of evaluation can be in time, comprehensive, continuous, incremental evaluation of students, for students to learn the evaluation of aerobics is more objective and reasonable. This study the process of evaluation used stimulate the learning desire of students to improve the students interest in learning the sport and to meet the psychological and emotional needs of students so that students learn the attitude of the sports more proactive. This sense of life-long physical training has an important significance.(3) The process of evaluation can help to cultivate students in a positive emotional attitude and team spirit, and promote students to learn from each other and help each other and encouraging each other to create a harmonious learning atmosphere.(4) The process of evaluation is the experimental class students of all ages, the majority of the students has been accepted and endorsed by the Student's research found that the process of evaluation of student satisfaction is high, reaching 85.7%, compared with the control classes on the traditional methods of evaluation of the level of satisfaction is much higher. Therefore, the success of the experiment is a traditional evaluation methods improved and perfected.
