The advent of information age demands high of education and teaching.It put emphasis on improving the information literacy of students. while as the future generation of teachers, the normal students must meet certain criteria. Classroom teaching is an important way to educational reform in recent years, relevant documents advocates education should explore the the spirit of cooperation and innovation. Author investigate our school's condition, although the schools have been equipped with hardware devices, but did not arrive the high efficiency. How to effectively improve various aspects of teachers'competence and information literacy are serious problem the university facing.Blended Learning is a new concept of teaching and learning. Experts are increasingly concerned about the fusion of traditional classroom and e-learning. It makes up disadvantages of two ways and develops advantages. Blended Learning is a new and effective way for educational reform. The author designed blended learning on the basis of the investigation of my school teachers,reading literature,the characteristics and levels of students . We put its effectiveness in practice, taiming at finding an effective way to improve information literacy Blended learning teaching methods of education for normal universitiesWith applications of a variety of teaching and learning method,the teaching evaluation becoming more and more widely. "Performance" appeared in the twentieth century in the United States. Its development history is only about four decades .So it is a relatively young discipline. Since then, Information technology, Project development, Cognitive theory, theory and practice of education reform propel performance technology. In the current, Performance technology and Blended learning are the main applications in corporate training and open education, while in the application of teaching less.Our research subject mainly used performance to analysis the gap between our current teaching methods and ideals to find its causes. And then we design interventions to achieve the ideal of teaching and learning. We use Performance technology and Blended Learning concepts and methods in the curriculum of colleges and universities. Inorder to improve teaching effectiveness,we design and practice Blended learning in colleges courses with performance-oriented. The students learn more effectively, while developing their knowledge and collaboration capabilities, thinking ability, self-learning ability and innovative ability, etc.So they can adapt to today's information society better.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter discusses the background,the research status of domestic and foreign,the study purpose and significance。Chapter II reviews the theoretical basis of papers which providing a full theoretical support for performance-oriented Blended learning design. Chapter III the author investigates,practices and research.And then analysis the gap,find the reason,design Blended learning courses and implement and evaluate the results. Chapter IV are summary and prospects.
