Reach On The 60 Years' Development Of Higher Vocational Education After PRC Founded

Higher vocational education is an important component of higher education and vocational education. After sixty years'development, higher vocational education has developed gradually from weakness to strength, and the project scale has made tremendous development, has occupied half of the higher education. Higher vocational education has educated many talents of high-quality technology applied type and skill type for society, which enriches and improves the Chinese characteristic higher education system, and promotes the goal of Chinese higher education's popularization come true.The vigorous development of higher vocational education is benefici al to the progress of economy and society, meets the demand of the talents of high-tech applied type from society; is beneficial to resolve the problem of the unreasonable personnel structure, which achieves the diversification of personnel education; and is beneficial to relieve the employment pressure, and gets out of the difficult of undergraduates'employment.In this paper, according to the historical materials, the author started from the developmental process of higher vocational education during sixty years after PRC founded, from which the author sumed up the characteristic of Chinese higher vocational education, achievement and present problems, who analyzed and summarized the experience of the development of higher vocational education .The first part of this paper was mainly conclude the 60 years'development process of higher vocational education, intended to accuratly describe the 60 years'development vein of higher vocational education, which indicates the magnificently picture of higher vocational education in the course of its constantly developing.The second part was mainly analyze the 60 years'development characterstic of higher vocational education. Those are the definitely educating goal, the clearly developing direction; the diversification of school management system; the emphasis on local duty in management system; the constantly perfecting of recruit system.The third part was mainly introduce the 60 years'achievements and problems of higher vocational education. The scale of higher vocational education is stronger, educates a lot of personnel of technology applied type and skill type; advances the higher education's popularization; perfacts the system of Chinese higher education. At the same time, there are also have several problems, for example, the scale's overspeed and cxcessive development, over mandatory intervention, its characteristic's ignoring, and so on. The forth part was mainly analyze the inspiration of higher vocational education development.The development of higher vocational education is connected with the improvement of productivity level and the development of society and economy; is connected with the support and guidance of policy; the fundament of survival and development lies in improving the quality of its own, and lies in "market-oriented , service-purpose ".The combination of producing, teaching, and researching model is the only way of higher vocational education's development , which achieves the organic combination of producing, teaching, and researching, greatly reduces the cycle of technology's development and product's transformation, educates the high quality applied type talents of high knowledge level and excellent practical ability, perfectly playes three main functions ,which are higher vocational education's educating, scientific researching, and serving society .Insisting on the development producing, teaching, and researching, the development of higher vocational education will achieve more brilliant achievement in future.
