A Research On Poverty Alleviation Developent Of Vocational Education Under The Background Of Poverty Allevation By Education

Poverty alleviation in vocational education is an important part of education poverty alleviation in precision poverty alleviation work.Because of its directness and effectiveness,it has been widely valued by the state,society and poor people.Vocational colleges and universities,through the implementation of the state’s poverty alleviation policy,carry out targeted teaching for poverty alleviation targets,and,while teaching cultural knowledge and technical skills,use such methods as cooperation between schools and enterprises,integration of production and education,and improvement of teachers’standards.To promote the inner power of poor students to escape poverty and become rich,to achieve the effect of poverty and wealth.Taking a vocational college in Guangxi as the research object and sample,this paper has obtained the first-hand data of poverty alleviation in vocational education through investigation and visit.At present,most of the poor students receiving vocational education are local students in Guangxi,and in the process of actually helping the poor through vocational education,the poor in vocational education have achieved certain results by implementing policies,educating and helping the wise and guiding employment.But there are also some problems.Through the research,it is found that there are many factors that restrict the development of a vocational college in Guangxi.Including the government’s emphasis on poverty alleviation in vocational education is relatively late and its development is slow;The enterprise’s acceptance of the employed person is not high;(a)Weak teaching staff in vocational colleges;Poor students have insufficient internal motivation to get rich from poverty.In order to make vocational education poverty alleviation a long-term solution and sustainable,the causes of poverty alleviation in vocational education were analyzed,including the lack of government attention to vocational education;Lack of motivation for business participation;The quality of poverty alleviation personnel in vocational colleges needs to be improved.Poor students and their family ideas behind,self-improvement and self-awareness poor.On the above causes,the author put forward five countermeasures:the government to strengthen the poverty alleviation of vocational education and investment strength;Strengthen cooperation between enterprises and vocational institutions;Providing quality teachers;We will improve the poverty alleviation mechanism in vocational colleges and universities;Inspire the inner motivation of poor students.
